Picos do Couto Rose Sparkling wine

VINIFICATION
This sparkling wine was made exclusively from Touriga Nacional grapes, grown at Quinta Picos do Couto. All grapes were hand-picked and harvested at the ideal ripening time for this style of wine. After a delicate pressing, the must was decanted and in turn delicately fermented at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. The wine obtained proved to be very fresh and aromatic, with a lively acidity. The second fermentation followed by the traditional method in bottle, where the wine aged for 9 months until its degórgement in June 2022.

Color
It has a bright salmon pink color with sparkling reflections. Reveals an exquisite persistence of fine bubbles contributing to an outstanding perlage.
Flavor
It expresses a unique profile, with a crunchy and well-integrated mineral acidity, a delicate, fresh and lively mousse, with a very refined and refined style, with a very persistent finish.
