Picos do Couto Bruto Sparkling Wine “Blanc de Noir”

The vinification of this sparkling wine was made solely from Touriga Nacional grapes, created at Quinta Picos do Couto. All grapes were hand-picked and harvested at the ideal ripening time for this style of wine. After a delicate pressing, the must was decanted and in turn delicately fermented at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. The second fermentation followed by the traditional method in bottle, where the wine aged for 9 months until its degórgement in June 2021.
